Most everything was great and I do like your selections, but the fact that you bill through Europe caused a multitude of issues and it would have been good to know that ahead of time and it would also be good if you had a solution for the issues that it causes.

The peonies ordered did not reach expectations. Many of them never bloomed and the ones that did, only lasted for a day or two before wilting.
flowers arrived on time, but were nearly strangled by a tight plastic cinch cord; two blossoms were damaged because of this. The vase sent was not the vase advertised online; customer service response was friendly and fast; a 20% refund was offered and accepted.

Ode a la Rose made a same-day delivery to Hyde Park happen with only a few hours notice. The flowers were lovely and the service was friendly, from both the phone and delivery side. Really good experience.
I ordered yellow roses with red edges for Valentine's Day on January 16. I received a call from the shop on February 10 asking me if I ordered red, white, or pink roses, not indicating that the flowers I actually ordered are not offered on Valentine's Day. I was not offered an apology or any sort of discount even after I did the digging myself (with my saved invoice) to determine that I didn't order any of the options they said I did.
Great service! Ordered flowers from uk to New York. When they did not arrive, re sent them!
